We need your help with raising funds for our two faculty-led study abroad programs. As alumni and friends of the Department of Management and College of Business, will you help us with a meaningful gift to enable more students to experience what it means to immerse yourself in the culture of another country?
Your giving today will make these programs more affordable for students that otherwise may not be able to participate.
It costs around $3,500 per student to participate. Your gift will help us to not only keep costs down and cover some of the trip expenses, but also to offer financial assistance to students that cannot afford this life-changing experience!
Romania Trip
Dr. Joe Goodman takes students to Romania at the end of the Spring semester for two weeks discovering the economic and social resiliency of an enchanting and inspiring country. Your gift today will help provide more students the chance to enroll for the Spring 2024 trip.
Barbados Trip
Dr. Tina Williams leads a program during Spring Break in Barbados where students study how businesses engage in equity and inclusion in a nation where the demographics are the opposite of that in the U.S.
Your gift will change a Redbird's life, just like Faith, a current Management major. Faith was able to participate in the Barbados study abroad
this past year.
"Going to Barbados was a life-changing experience and I learned so much not only about business and the rich history and culture of Barbados, but also about myself. The experience then led to an incredible internship... Without the financial support, I would not have been able to go on the trip and would not have the opportunities I have now," said Faith.
